How i can run sql file to generate a DB on postgresql

Use some admin tool. For example, our Valentina Studio. Can be used for FREE.

I need to add a SQL Dump file to the update of my app and when the app install exec the file and change the DB tables.

uh.... that sounds like a "program" to me....

make a text file of SQL statements....
read it in one statement at a time
Execute it
check for errors
repeat until done
