Wouldn't it be sort of "nice" to include this information with the announcement, and in the forum notification, and in any other place it may ease the transition. I got the announcement from Rob, clicked on the link since there was nothing saying the new forum was not ready (only that the old one was being locked starting tomorrow), couldn't log in. Tried to register, couldn't register. The registration page is next to useless (I mean there is no registration page at all). I then sort of rembered some post which mentioned the website login credentials were the ones to use, so I used those - and I still couldn't login. And then I finally saw the new post with the same question I was going to ask. So back to my original suggestion, why wouldn't you put this "trivial", yet important piece on information as part of the communications (that is after all what the "communications" are for -
