I need some icons designed for a few small apps which will be submitted to the Mac App Store soon. Can anyone here recommend someone or a business that they've used in the past? I've either created my own in the past or paid an artist and haven't had great results with either.

I always use Jordan Langille. He's creative, flexible, responsive, helpful, and his work is awesome. He designed the icons for RegExRX and MacTFTP Client (both on the Mac App Store), and a couple of others that I haven't released.
