I'm venturing in the Linux environment by the RealStudio.
I am encountering not few issue and strange behaviours in this environment.
One of this is I can see my application's Icon (wich is displayed perfectly on the mac or Windows desktop)
I am on a Linux Test machine (centos 5.5 with gnome)
Instead of my icon i see the 'shell icon'.
Any idea on how to solve this ?
Thanks,
Massimiliano.

Linux sets up it's desktop icons differently than OS X or windows (and it's not done automatically by Real Studio)
I'd suppose it would write the .desktop file out but would not install it (sounds like a feature request)

You basically have to register it with the OS when you install your app
This covers how to use some Ubuntu tools to set it up for Ubuntu's software centre

XPM's are not built when you compile
