 Post subject: possible to create linux console app for headless server?

So that's my question - is it possible to create a linux console app, or even better, service/daemon, that will run on a headless Linux box, like a QNAP NAS for example. You would probably need to wipe the OS from it and put on a clean debian, but do you get what I'm saying ?

Real Studio console applications can be compiled for linux and run without a GUI.

Just makes sure you have a x86 CPU and the required libs installed.

Thanks for the update on that Christian, sorry I'm only getting back now. I presume then that ARM processors are not supported? oh well...
