Hi all,

I made a console application, compiled for linux and now I'm trying to run it in UBUNTU 10.10 by double-clicking it.

I know that the program runs - I can see the resaulting files beeing created, BUT I can NOT see the console window...

How can I run it AND see the console window - which has status lines printed to???
I realt dont know much about Linux

thanks,
Oren.

I believe that in order to see the output, you have to run your program from the terminal (I think it's under Applications>Accessories>Terminal (on console)

Indeed.

Actually this has nothing to do with RB.

Open the terminal, CD to the folder your binary is in, and launch it with "./filename"
