For the last two days I have been trying to get the right date order from RB on Ubuntu 8.10.

My Locale setting in Ubuntu is Dutch (nl_NL), which should return dd-mm-yyyy in RB's ShortDate function. However, ShortDate keeps returning mm/dd/yyyy, even though everything in Ubuntu is set to nl_NL. Is this a bug in RB?
