 Post subject: RealBasic and Linux Terminal...

Hi, first of all sorry for my bad english, I need your help with realbasic under linux.
I can run the ubuntu terminal thanks to:
dim sh as new shell
sh.execute("gnome-terminal")


By now I wish write a command line in the terminal...
I tried:
sh.execute("gnome-terminal " + "test")

but nothing appears in terminal window...
I tried sh.write too...

Please, can anyone help me? :(

Set the shell.mode to 2 (interactive) and then you should be able to read and write to it asynchronously.

you should check the help for gnome-terminal, to execute a command while opening it u need to type
gnome-terminal -x commandyouwanttorun
