(I am a Linux and REALbasic newcomer)

I want to create an application with REALbasic that supports graphical screens and graphic features (like video or flash) but I'd like to have a minimum Linux install. I would also like to control the users access to the rest of the system like at a kiosk.

When I try to run my test app from the prompt (ctrl-alt-F3) I get this error message "command not found" (running from a console window from my desktop it works ok). How can I run my 'graphics app' from the command line or a way for me to control the Linux system?

Thanks in advance.

Running from a terminal window, you may not be in the correct location to run the app. CD to the folder that the application is in. Then try to run it.

Thank you for your post...I did cd to that directory. The difference between when it worked and didn't work was when I pressed ctrl-alt-f2 then CD's to that directory and tried to run it it didn't work. When I opened a console window from the desktop, CD to the directory and ran it, it did run.
