Any suggestions on a MySQl manager for OS X? Free is better as I'm just testing, commercial is an option.

Personally i use Navicate Premium (which is not free) but a great application that handles Postgres, SQLite, MySql,...

I second SequelPro, I use it for managing the databases I need for website development.
