Post subject:  Problem with Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

This simple code, which works fine on Vista and Windows7 premium, does not work on Windows 7 Ultimate. Instead of the Open file pop up, I get "Invalid String Error"

If TargetWin32 then
f=GetOpenFolderItem("MyFile")
else
MsgBox("Here")
End if

I am puzzled
Thanks
Pasko

"MyFile" doesn't look like a valid file type specification.

Dim f as FolderItem

Works fine on my Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Thank you, I figured that the problem is with the end user laptop and you confirmed it. I appreciate it

btw, I have simplified the code for the purpose of this forum. I do have a valid file type.
