My plugin (a Module) needs to create, (manipulate in some cases), and return the following types/classes:

Dictionary
Collection
Date
MemoryBlock
String
Integer/Int__/UInt__
Single/Double
Boolean

... The Plugin SDK covers Strings, Arrays, MemoryBlocks, and numeric types, but I'm not seeing anything about Dictionaries, Collections, or Dates.

How do I create, manipulate, and return instances of those 3 classes (Dictionary, Collection, and Date) from a plugin?

UPDATE:
I can see from some of the MBS Plugins that Dictionary and Date objects can be used/created in RB Plugins:

(Date) http://www.monkeybreadsoftware.net/basi ... thod.shtml
(Dictionary) http://monkeybreadsoftware.net/new-game ... vent.shtml

(plus many other examples from the MBS Plugin suite)

So, the question is: **how** is this being done when there is no mention of Dictionary or Date objects in the Plugin SDK?

RESOLVED:

Just found this:

http://docs.realsoftware.com/index.php/ ... _Reference

eg:

REALclassRef dictionaryclass = REALGetClassRef("Dictionary");
REALobject dictionary = REALnewInstanceWithClass(dictionaryclass);
etc...
