I'm using the MKS plugin made by Bob Delaney.

With the following code I'm purposely trying to cause an exception:
Dim x As MKS
x = New MKS ("353#@fjlk3") // Random Gibberish

Exception Err
If Err IsA MKSBadArgumentException Then
MsgBox "Bad Argument!"
MsgBox "Some Other Exception!"
End If

Unfortunately no such message appears. I have found, however, that if I break on the first line and walk through, it pauses when I try to step past the "x = New MKS" line, and then returns to the main thread as if I'd pressed 'Resume'. I think this may be a problem with the plugin, but I wanted to be sure that I'm not doing something wrong on my own. I've also tried using the Try/Catch method.
