I have a great board game working with one player against the computer (computer is pretty dumb right now), or between two players on the same local area network.
The issue I could not overcome was getting the game working between two players randomly located in the world. I started to create my own game server but my web service provider doesn't allow game servers.
Now Apple is bringing the Game Center to the next release of the Mac OS X. It looks like the way to go in the future for enabling remote multi player games.
Has anyone else started working on integrating the Game Center with Real Studio apps?

I give Christian Schmitz 60 days to implement this feature into the MBS complete plug-in :D I will start if I know how to.

Well, we can certainly add it. The question is how many people are interested in this.

Greetings

What did I say? His plug-ins are just the best ones.

Well, it's a 10.8 feature as far as I see. So this is currently of limited use.

Greetings
Christian

Apologies for reviving an old thread but I see some GameKit in your Mountain Lion plugin, Christian. How complete is it? Can I setup a game with someone on my list and receive updates? Achievements? All work as expected?

Am I the only one developing a Mac OS X game for Game Center using RS?

Christian released the Game Kit plugin. He has helped me when I was stuck and has even fixed a bug already. Thanks Christian.

The problems testing in Game Center sandbox seem to be with OS X 10.8.2 and recent Game Center changes. Of course the user forum discussions are based on Xcode so I have a little trouble converting them to RS.

If you are developing a Game Center game please respond with your experiences.

Well, you can of course discuss with me :-)
Email me what needs to be changed, so I can update plugins.

Greetings
Christian
