Hello,

I have used RB3D quite a bit in the past (e.g. to visualize items on retail shelves in an in-house application) and I'm afraid that there is no "easy way" to display .3dmf files anymore. It is nice to have the OpenGL possibilities on hand but it would be even nicer to have some kind of compatibility with older RB code. My existing .3dmf models are very detailed (>10 MB each) and it would be extremly difficult/impossible to rebuild them writing OpenGL code.
I'm looking for some kind of a RB3D wrapper class for the OpenGLSurface giving me the old easy 3D programming comfort back. I have googled quite a bit and found at least some code but none of them is really "ready to use". Any idea where to look at?
