Will I be able to build an app and run it in a browser on the same machine utilizing something like localhost?

Will I be able to "host" users on other machines while I am hosting on localhost?

Can I "host" on individual ports per user or network node simultaneously or will each port require separate executable?

Can I bind to specific and or multiple adapters?

Yes, that's how debugging works.

One per executable

Single adapter. You can't specify yet, but there is value in adding that.

So if I cannot run on multiple adapters how do I handle fail over?

So the executable is the "listener" and not an object instance within the executable?

What is the minimum executable size for a web enabled app?

Thanks
