I've created a small project that shows how to make any Window to be always on top or not, at runtime.

Download link: http://www.mediafire.com/file/4ykjrth0l ... dowsOS.rbp

How to use:
1. Copy/paste the module from the above example project to your own project;
2. Use it like: WindowName.OnTop(True) or WindowName.OnTop(False).

Tested on Windows 7 x64.
Should work without a problem on Windows XP and up.

Have fun!

I'm not sure I fully understand what your asking but the Top keyword is a built-in RS property of the Window object with the purpose to set the position of the said Window on the screen ...

If you're asking if it's possible to use 1 instead of true and 0 for false:
Using the function provided from the example out of the box, you can't use 1 for true and 0 for false. But you can modify the function and replace the boolean parameter with an integer parameter and get the same results. Whichever you prefer.

I don't know why you guys are talking about the Top property. It is the vertical position of the window and has no bearing on the window being top-most or not.
