Hi,
I am thinking of purchasing the "Graffiti Suite" controls but I have a quick question:

If I purchased a 1 month subscription, would they stop working after 1 month, or does a subscription mean that I simply would not get any free upgrades after 1 month?

The word SUBSCRIPTION confused me a bit :)

Thanks.

The subscription is for updates, I believe. You can continue to use the version(s) you paid for after they expire.

Ok,
I have purchased the 1 month encrypted subscription; Logged in; clicked on "Products" and then on "download" - BUT when I open the downloaded project file it says it is a demo????

How / where do I download the paid for version which I just purchased??
I can't even ask the creator because they offer no email support if you buy the encrypted version !

PLEASE HELP :(

I believe they send you an e-mail with a username/password for their website/blogging software. That's where you download the classes.

My 1 month subscription expired quite a while ago and I wasn't impressed enough to go back, so my recollection may be flawed.

Yep - They sent the username and password and I logged in, but the download still says demo.

I'm also not very impressed so far - it's not exactly good customer service to accept someones money for a product, and then not even be able to contact them with installation queries !

The download for the project file you have a subscription for will appear on the right-hand side of the projects paid. Once you have paid, simply login and go to that page to download the demo application source code.

Sorry. It appears as though autocomplete got the best of me. That should read "Products page".

:)

Yes, that is the file I downloaded - it is a bit confusing as the downloaded file states it is a demo.
So I am guessing I can simply drag and drop controls from the demo project file, into my project file, and they will work without displaying any nag screens or MsgBox's ?

Thanks.

Correct. There is no complicated registration. Once you have purchased and downloaded the "Demo" project source, you can copy/paste the classes in to the projects you wish to use them in, and use the "Demo" project for usage examples.

Thank you very much - all OK now :)

I know you don't offer support for encrypted users, so if there is anyone else out there who can help with the question below:

I have just noticed that when I try to use any of the buttons in a windows project, the icon becomes ghosted with a very slight pixellated surrounding.
They look perfect on OS X, but bad on Windows 7 - does anyone know how to correct this, or are the buttons only really meant to be used on OS X?

Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a mask issue. Can you post the image and a screenshot?

Probably wont be able to see it in a screenshot as we are talking about 1 pixel ghosting.

I simply tried the default checkbox style button (where the default icon is an empty star, and when clicked, a green tick mark appears).
Yes it seems to be a masking problem, but it looks absolutely perfect in OS X.

If you have access to a windows box, simply try a default button and you will see what I mean.

Thanks.
