piDog Software has released version 2.0 of ActivityViewer. This is largely a rewrite to allow an activityList to be embedded in any window and to allow an activity to be created and updated from anywhere (threads, sockets, even shells if you like). This version also makes major improvements to the UI.

ActivityViewer now also includes a DownloadSocket class. Downloading a file with progress display, a pause/resume button, and a "Reveal file" button is as simple as

dim mydownload As new ActivityViewer_FileDownloadSocket(URL,TargetFolder,TempFolder,TargetActivityList)


Registration has also changed to bundle TheBigUndo and ActivityViewer together. Buy one license and get use of both. This will include more modules and classes to be released. Licenses cost $60USD for one year of updates to included modules and classes. Additional 1 year renewals are available for $20 per year.
