Is there anyway for me to post an image (jpg) in a message so you can "see" what I am describing ?

Throughout my application, I have selected:
TextFont: System
TextSize: 0
TextUnit: 0 - Default
for Labels, TextFields, ListBoxes, PushButtons, etc.

I have now had two users send me screenshot images that show that text that easily "fits" in the allocated space on my PC does not fit on their screen. In Textfields, the text doesn't completely display and in Labels, the text seems cut off at either the left or right edge.

Hopefully, I have provided sufficient description of the problem I am having. If someone can tell me how to insert an image here, I'll post a comparison. Alternatively, I can send the image in an email to anyone who wants to see it.

My current "guess" is that these users have setup their windows environment to expand fonts by some percentage - maybe 25% and my Text Font/Size/Unit selections are not accommodating those settings.

Any suggestions or help from anyone ?

yes... but you have to store the image somewhere on the web first....

then use the IMG tags above to point to where you put it.....

SYSTEM font and 0 Textsize use the "default" values of the Operating System (regardless of WIN or OSX)

99% of users never change those values..... .BUT if one of your users did, that might account for the problem you are encountering
If they went into System Prefernces and changed the default text size from 13 to 15 (OSX example)

a workaround would be to NOT choose SYSTEM/0 but to change them all to a SPECIFIC font and size, that way any custom preferences at the OS level will be ignored. Pros/Cons to any solution...

Okay, so here are the two screenshots.

The top image is what is showing on the user's PC and the bottom is what shows on mine.
