All printers have a built in margin (left to right at least)... This is due to the fact that the print head cannot move all the way to the edge of the printer. (MOST not necessarly all)

So the printer graphic returned is equal to the maximum PRINT AREA of your page... NOT the size of the page.

For examply my Epson DX6000 has 1/4 inch build in margins

According to a little research on the Internet the TSP100 is a thermal reciept printer and can be set to 0.2 inch margins...

And you are saying your current margins are 1.00 inches? THat would be 1/2 the width of a recipiet

this work on Windows Perfect but no on Mac

Dim Settings As String

Dim PageSetup as PrinterSetup
PageSetup=New PrinterSetup

// Be aware the settings I'm using is European.
Settings = "DoNotAlterThis=SetupString.2"_
+EndOfLine+"ActualHorizontalResolution=72"_
+EndOfLine+"ActualVerticalResolution=72"_
+EndOfLine+"MaxHorizontalResolution=72"_
+EndOfLine+"MaxVerticalResolution=72"_
+EndOfLine+"MarginLeft=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MarginRight=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MarginTop=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MarginBottom=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MinMarginLeft=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MinMarginRight=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MinMarginTop=0"_
+EndOfLine+"MinMarginBottom=0"_
+EndOfLine+"PageSetupFlags=8"_
+EndOfLine+"DevModeStructureSizePS=1044"_
+EndOfLine+"DevModeStructurePS=Star PST100"

PageSetup.SetupString = Settings

Don't count on that working. Get a valid SetupString from PageSetupDialog.
